Aidan P. Klein

Hi. I'm Aidan Klein

Game developer, writer, and amateur cartoonist.

My work includes narrative design for a stop-motion needle felted puzzle platformer, co-founding Duke's first game development club, and writing, staging, and performing a musical about a lovesick poet and his glam rock alter ego.

About

Who am I?

I recently graduated from Duke with an interdisciplinary degree researching and developing character-driven stories, bridging narrative writing, interactive media design, psychology, visual art, and performance. I am a "Swiss Army Artist" and can coordinate with teams throughout the development pipeline, filling in when needed.

As such, I’ve worn many hats in the places I’ve worked. At Wooly Games, I contributed to narrative and game design, level building, storyboarding, concept art, and asset cleanup. At the Duke Innovation Co-Lab, I managed a weekly newsletter, wrote copy, and designed graphics.

In my spare time, I like to doodle, write poems, jam on the saxophone, and collaborate on creative projects. If you have something you'd like to work on together, feel free to reach out!
